otjiwarongo mall +/- 1400 sq/m
have been working on a mall being built in otjiwarongo for the last 3 months.
built signage and assisted with design. designed the fold away gate and built it and did renders and presentation

just another base plan. each shop in the mall needs a set of base plans
which can be used for negotiations and for the tenants architects. 35
base plans which change each week. every now and then a detail pops up
which is a good break from tenant co-ordination
in between the mall i also helped with detail drawings for a new garment factory . also create posters for the office and them mount them on the boardroom walls. a fun break between working drawings
